I like Red Onions for their firm feel and a bright dark red outer skin. They are a kitchen companion that makes me cry with pleasure, but then they give us unique flavours.

These onions are great on a sandwich or in a salad. The flavour is not overpowering and for some reason it doesn’t cause me tears like the brown and white onions do.
