I don't really like chick peas. I guess they're useful for healthy baking and dips but I don't like the flavour.

Good for weight control Makes you feel full for long time. 4. Rich in vitamins/minerals Iron, magnesium, potassium, folate → good for blood, heart and brain. 5. Good for heart health Lowers bad cholesterol. 6. Cheap and easy to cook Boil, add to curry, salad, soup or roast. ⸻ ❌ Chickpeas – Negatives 1. Gas and bloating Common if you eat too much or not used to eating beans. 2. Hard to digest for some people Especially if you have stomach issues. 3. High carbs Not ideal for strict low-carb diets. 4. Tinned chickpeas sometimes high in salt Need to rinse before eating. 5. Can cause allergies (rare) But very uncommon
