Chick peas are a family favourite for us and we enjoy them on a weekly basis. Coles Chick Peas are a nutritious legume offering significant benefits due to the high fibre and protein content. They are a very versatile and convenient ingredient for quick snacks, salads and dips to name a few. I always make it my practice to wash excess sodium by rinsing and soaking before preparing.
