Crunchy carrots. Very versatile root vegetable. Suitable for many culinary dishes whether in salad, curry, fried rice, stir-fry, rice paper rolls, noodle, soup, stew, roast, and as a base for juices. The carrot has its natural sweetness and I like its crunchiness when eaten raw. My husband likes it steamed and mixed with honey. Yummy.
