I always keep a bunch of flat-leaf parsley in my fridge. It instantly freshens up anything — eggs, pasta, even roasted veggies. I never realized how much flavor a handful of chopped parsley could bring until I started adding it right before serving. I prefer Italian (flat-leaf) over curly — it tastes less ‘grassy’ and more peppery. Definitely a must-have herb in my kitchen
