Coriander is fresh, fragrant, and full of flavour. It adds a bright, citrusy lift to curries, salads, and Asian dishes. A little goes a long way.

Positive 1. Fresh aroma & flavour – Strong citrus-like smell, enhances curries, salads, chutneys, and Bangladeshi dishes. 2. Rich in nutrients – Contains vitamin C, vitamin K, antioxidants. 3. Low calorie – Good for weight control. 4. Convenient packaging – Plastic sleeve protects leaves from damage. 5. Affordable – Usually low cost in Australian supermarkets. 6. Versatile – Can use leaves and stems in cooking. ⸻ ❌ Negative 1. Short shelf life – Wilts quickly (2–4 days in fridge). 2. Plastic packaging – Not environmentally friendly. 3. Quality varies – Sometimes yellow leaves or soggy stems. 4. May contain dirt – Needs proper washing before use. 5. Seasonal price fluctuation – Can become expensive in winter
