The coriander from Coles is soo fresh. It is stored in such a way the leaves are not squashed and damaged. The freshness is matched by the size of the leaves and the generosity of the size. I use it every day for my morning broth - both the leaves and I chopped the stems and use it all. Recommend washing it to remove the dirt, patting dry with a tea towel and I then line a container with layers upon which I strip the leaves and seperate then - this keeps them fresher for at least two more days, stored in the fridge. Great value for money!!!

The coriander was very clean, fresh, with bright green leaves and good quality. The sleeve ones are cut without the bulb/root. It stayed well in the fridge for a week or so. I used these in cooking, salad, curries, dips, guacamole, stir-fries, soups, and even garnishing dishes. It goes very well in all. Especially in the dips the taste is exactly what i wanted from coriander. The sleeve packaging is simple and convenient. The packaging size is just right for multiple meals.
