Coriander is one of my favorite herbs to cook with. It has a fresh, citrusy, and slightly peppery taste that instantly lifts the flavor of curries, soups, and salads. I always keep it in my kitchen because it pairs well with so many dishes, both Indian and international. A tip: store coriander in a glass of water in the fridge, covered loosely with a plastic bag, to keep it fresh longer. You can also chop and freeze it in ice cube trays with a little water or oil for later use
