I like Asian Choy Broccoli for its sweet and tender flavour. This Asian Choy Broccoli is more tender than broccoli and has a milder flavour. I love the mix of textures; the crunchy stems and the softer florets that soak up sauce are a great combination. It is also easy to cook with no waste.
