These are great sliced up thinly in salad. I have them with grated apple and carrot and kimchi. They add a nice zing to it.

radish is a flowering plant in the mustard family, Brassicaceae. Its large taproot is commonly used as a root vegetable, although the entire plant is edible and its leaves are sometimes used as a leaf

Radishes are great in salads and an alternative to daikon if you can’t find one. These are usually nice and firm and have that peppery fresh taste. We’ll worth considering.

Coles Radish Bunch is crisp, peppery, and vibrant. The small roots are firm and juicy, with a mild bite that adds freshness to salads, slaws, or sandwiches. A convenient, colourful way to brighten up meals with a crunchy, slightly spicy punch.
