If a 4 litre container is too much for you then this is a good value product for just one litre This cold pressed extra virgin olive oil can be used for all types of cooking but just make sure the cooking temperature is not too high. This has a 3.5 health star rating and is manufactured in Spain. So much better for you than most other oils on the market. Recommended.

The Coles extra virgin olive oil isn't as expensive as a lot of the other brands. It tastes great. I usually use it in cooking or I'll even put it into a salad.

Seems good. It doesn't say "First Cold Pressed" just "Cold Pressed". Wish it was cheaper. We use it on roasts and in muffins or salads.

Although it’s said to be healthy but u r a foodholic then u need to know that it won’t make fried food as tasty as the others do

I picked this product as it is full of healthy mono- and poly-unsaturated fatty acids. I have used it for a number of years thus far. I like that I can use it for both cold and warm food (i.e. Salads and fried food). I dislike the fact that it doesn't go well with baked goods, and because it is liquid it does not solidify like butter, lard, or coconut oil. I would highly recommend it as it is extremely healthy for the body and can assist in weight loss, anti-aging, skin health, and prevention of cancer and other diseases.

My favourite oil to cook eggs or stir fry with. The flavour profile is more dense than regular olive oil. Additionally, Coles is now packaging this oil in glass to stop the plastic production!
