If a 4 litre container is too much for you then this is a good value product for just one litre This cold pressed extra virgin olive oil can be used for all types of cooking but just make sure the cooking temperature is not too high. This has a 3.5 health star rating and is manufactured in Spain. So much better for you than most other oils on the market. Recommended.

The Coles extra virgin olive oil isn't as expensive as a lot of the other brands. It tastes great. I usually use it in cooking or I'll even put it into a salad.

This olive oil is great for cooking with and tastes great. The bottle is a good size but does feel a bit oily as there's no pour spout
