Affordable Asian vegetable. I pair this with instant ramyun and tofu for when I don't feel like cooking.

Decent bok choy bought from Coles, although was a bit too firm and chewy even after being cooked. Unfortunately don't have a photo as it's been eaten already.

great choy buk. it’s always so fresh at Woolies. it’s tastes great and is so easy to make. just steamed with some oyster sauce makes a great side. they are well priced and most of the time they have a discount if you purchase two

The loose Asian bok choy was crisp and tender, with a fresh, slightly peppery flavor that held up beautifully in stir-fries. Its vibrant green leaves and juicy stems made it a standout ingredient that elevated even simple dishes. Expensive though.

A nice alternative to the larger bok choy - with a delicious fresh crunch to it. wash well before use.

Asian bok choy isn’t the main character — it’s the reliable supporting actor that quietly saves the meal every time. Affordable, fresh, and humbly delicious. To be noted it can turn soggy if overcooked. Basically, the vegetable version of your most dependable friend.

We prefer the smaller variety Buk Choy over Bok Choy. It’s less chewy in soups or when steamed.

Love the leafy buk choy in our stir fry. Adds great flavour in chicken satay, fried rice or even chopped up in a salad. Great way to eat some greens.
