100% Australian. Good quality, never had any complaints. Home brand is the way to go as it's cheaper than branded products for the same thing. Only draw back is that undoing the paper packaging at the top for the first time, isn't always a clean process - sugar is always caught in the folded-over paper and then sprinkles everywhere.
