I’ve been using Coles Raw Sugar for a while now and it’s a great pantry staple. The sugar crystals are large and golden, with a nice subtle molasses flavour that makes it perfect for baking, sweetening coffee, or even sprinkling on top of cereal or oatmeal. It dissolves well in hot liquids and gives a more natural sweetness compared to white sugar. I also appreciate that it comes in a sturdy resealable bag, making it easy to store and keeps it fresh. The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is because the packaging can be a little tricky to pour from without spilling if you’re not careful — but that’s a minor issue. For the price and quality, it’s a solid choice and great value for money.
