I really like this raw sugar. The grains are a good size, not too fine or too chunky, and it dissolves well in both hot drinks and baking. The flavor feels more natural compared to white sugar, with a slight richness that makes coffee taste better. The packaging is sturdy and reseals easily. Only downside is it can clump a little if left open, so best to store properly.
