It’s so handy to have a can of these Coles Peas and Carrots in the cupboard for those nights when you’re in a hurry and don’t want to spend time chopping and peeling veggies. The can is cheap and ready at any time.

I prefer my fresh vegetables, but these are pretty good. I have them in the cupboard when I am not organized. great in casseroles or even a stir fry.
