My favourite pre grated tasty cheese which stays fresh for a long time when sealed up once opened. I mostly add it to pasta (usually more cheese than pasta) but also enjoy a sneaky handful on its own for a little snack

Good value for pre shredded cheese. Melts down ok, doesn't brown up as well as other cheeses though. Can be a bit clumpy
