Review of Shredded Tasty Cheese

fine for quick meals-melts okay on toast or pasta and the price is decent-but the texture's a bit off: soft, slightly plasticky, and not what l'd call proper cheddar. It clumps in the fridge after a few days, and while it's convenient, it doesn't bring much flavour. Good enough for lazy dinners, but if I want something that actually tastes like cheese and melts clean, I'd rather grate a decent block myself.
