These red potatoes are really good quality — clean, fresh, and firm. They cook evenly whether you boil, roast, or mash them, and the skin gives extra flavor. I like that they come pre-washed, it saves time. They also keep well in the pantry without sprouting too quickly. Only thing is the bag is a bit heavy to carry, but overall great value and taste.
