always get these at Coles when on special for $4. bargain wife and I love them for potato salad for sure, with skin on most times as it adds colour, along with the egg and spring onion and mustard seeds. often used for bangers and mash, will also boil small balls and or large cuts and then airfry them into crunchy nuggets.
