Perfectly acceptable potato. It's an all rounder so you can do almost anything with it but I prefer them roasted. they can be a bit grainy when mashed and don't hold that well for boiled. Australia is very limited with its potatoes so even though it's not perfect, we don't seem to have many other options. I wish we had less of these "all rounders" and more potatoes that really excel in one form of preparation.

Great for potato saladThey hold their shape after being steamed and I just cut to size. No chalky or floury aftertaste and they last ages in the pantry. The spuds are usually pretty uniform in shape and size. Budget friendly, Australian potatoes that I'd happily buy again.

Red Roysle Washed Potatoes prepacked from Coles I was very impressed with them. They are very fresh, clean and firm potatoes. Very good quality! They are very good for making noquis and also you can create a lot of variety of dishes with potatoes. I highly recommend this product.
