Red Royale potatoes are very delicious. I used them to make a mashed potato salad, adding Japanese mayonnaise and half boiled eggs. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Very delicious and healthy.

Good sized pack and well priced. Really like these spuds, very versatile and great for mash and roasting. Don’t seem to hold water so they don’t get sleepy, takes on the butter well too. Highly recommend
