The cheese is very good quality and tastes so good. I used it to make pizza and the cheese had good stretch and consistency and paired well with the pizza. I also used it for Nachos and again the taste was amazing. It can melt quickly and can also burn so you need to keep and eye out for that

We love this cheese blend, not just for pizzas but on pasta bakes and in toasted sandwiches.

I love when melted on homemade pizza how stretchy and this mix of cheese is fabulous. I also buy this mix whenever I need melted cheese

The perfect cheese mix for a flavoursome and stringy pizza. Already grated and ready to sprinkle over the top of pizza, it looks absolutely delicious once baked in the oven. I freeze any unused cheese it to save it going mouldy if I’m not going to use it for a while.
