This is a great option for pizza cheese at a lower price point than some of the other brands. The zip lock of the bag is not very good and I find doesn’t always line up so it won’t stay closed/create a complete seal.

our choice of daily cheese! makes amazing toasted sandwiches, perfect blend to top lasagna, pasta bakes or anything else that needs a golden cheesy top. Can freeze it if you won't use a whole bag in a week or two, and crumbles right out from the freezer
