These are my go vegetables as they are great in my chicken stir -fry dish I make. Sometimes I do cut the veggies s.aller but that is only because I prefer them small in the stir-fry dish. However They go great with corned beef or a roast just as they are straight out of the packet . Makes preparing dinner a breeze.

The country harvest frozen carrot, cauliflower and broccoli bag is very versatile when you need some veggies but am too lazy to cook or prep. It’s easy for meal preps when I put them in my cooked meals as frozen and heat them up the next day in the microwave for work. These are cooked in boiling water in less than 5 minutes. Very easy.
