super easy to use and just bang them in a stir fry. I don’t love whatever the little white veggie is but there’s not too many in a pack so I just pick them out. don’t need defrosting before adding to the stir fry which I love

This is super convenient if you just want a quick meal. The veggies are mostly okay, though they can get a bit soggy when cooked, and the sauce is tasty enough but not amazing — kind of generic stir-fry flavour. Definitely fine for a fast dinner, but don’t expect restaurant-quality.

We bought this because it's an excellent combination. I gave 5 stars because it's healthy and delicious. It contains only vegetable I think, it says no preservatives, colors or flavors.
