The chunk style tuna fish is a really delicious product of “John west”. This is blended in oil which help you digest the food. This product can be used with Salads, eaten with rice or bread. The combination with tomato paste is amazing and it is a complete meal.

Great value for delicious canned Tuna. John West has an extensive range but this is my favourite. Simple, but can be paired with anything from salads to sandwiches

I love John West. There is a good amount of flavours too choose from. of you want chunky tuna its possible. the price has gone up recently however and they took my seasalt and pepper favourite away.
