John West tuna is quite nice, not dry like other tunas, the olive oil blend is good on crackers with some cheese. Also many other flavours to try

John West brands are all good. They have varieties of flavor but my always go to is this tuna in olive oil blend. The size is just enough for me. I mix it with onion and mayo to make a high protein sandwich spread. There is more you can do with this like tuna pasta. It is healhty and cheap full pack of omega oil that out body needs. I cannot see any Cons in this because it just suits for anything that you need.
