lovely taste great in a sandwich or a salad the oil keeps the tuna so moist and juicy never chalky and dry… I wish the oil was extra virgin olive oil so I can use it in my salads or pasta along with the tuna as the oil doesn’t taste too good.

tuna can is one of my favorite things to buy at the supermarket. it’s so easy to use in any recipe, sandwich, roll, wrap etc. and it’s healthy with high protein!

I never used to use tuna in oil but I have been converted it binds better in sushi and takes on the sauce in pasta bakes

I buy this John West Chunky Tuna to give to my dogs as a treat but it's also good in a sandwich or a salad.
