I buy John West Tuna in Olive Oil Blend. every week. I love the taste of the tuna as it is not too fishy and the oil I use as my dressing on my salad. I like to keep a few of these cans in my pantry to add a quick protein boost to lunch or dinner. It is very versatile as the olive oil is a mild flavour. We add it to pasta, salads or just eat with crackers.
