The can has an easy to open pull ring. The tuna itself is a little ‘mushy ’, with small flakes throughout. The oil is nice, but I had to drain the majority of it as it was overpowering.

I like this tuna. it’s lightly smoked and big chunks of tuna. it’s a good size at 95g per serving. great in pasta or my sandwich. it stores well in the cupboard and it’s easy to open and dispose of. it has a 4 star rating. you can stack a few tunas on top of eash other easily.

We love John West tuna but this is not our favorite flavour to be honest. We found this a bit too mild tasting for our taste. We have to add extra condiments. The size is still great as a snack or a full meal with rice or pasta. However, we will be getting the other flavours in the same line from now on.

John West canned fish is always convenient for sandwiches, salad, pasta, wraps etc. This naturally smoked flavor is kind of normal. There is a large variety of flavours. Usually half priced in supermarkets.
