This Tuna is a great post gym snack. The product is high in protein and is a great low calorie snack if you are counting them. The flavour of the tomato and onion makes it a great snack to enjoy on its own. However, it does have a very strong onion smell so not the best for your breath!! No complaints about the flavour though.
