easy to carry to work. simple source of protein for a lunch. typically mixed in with rice. not too spicy good flavour.

A good tuna when on special. I prefer the plain oil version, but my partner likes this one. Chilli is whole and infuses oil. I find the tuna quality not that great. Taste is better when mixed with mayonnaise and veggies.
