affordable, convenient, good source of protein. oven dried tomato and basil flavour is too subtle, good for quick snack but needs more seasoning and herbs as for my personal preference.

This is my absolute favourite John West flavoured tuna. I am a fan of sun-dried tomato and love basil with it. I add fresh chopped garlic and chopped fetta in the mix and have it on crispbread, in bread rolls or sandwiches and sometimes I stir it in fresh cooked pasta. It always tastes delicious whichever way I have it.

Convenient small tin of tuna. Fits in lunch boxes. can add to a salad or rice or noodles. Make a sandwich. Has a nice tomato and basil flavour

boughr this tuna dried tomato basil on half price. bought for stock up. usually can be eaten just like that.
