Such a staple item in our cupboard, and good source of protein for keeping the grocery bill down. These are great value and are often half price. You can also buy them in multi value packs, so it’s worth shopping around for the best deal and stocking up at the right time. The Spring water flavour is the best because it neutral and you can add your own flavours and seasoning to it.
