many flavours to choose from and they are available im Tuna or smoked salmon. well packaged and generous portion for a salad lunch. convenient to bring to the workplace and it can be stored for a long time sometimes its watery inside the can. prices are going up after covid.

I only eat tuna in spring water and it’s getting really hard to get as everyone seems to want different flavours. John west is always consistent and tasty

John West tuna in springwater is a brand i trust and use regularlly. It tastes great and comes out of the tin well and flakes easier to blend thru a salad for an easy lunch

it's very good tuna, i like to use it cook with onions, chilli, mushroom and rice, it's very delicious.
