I ate this with some rice, mayo and sriracha sauce and it was delicious! This would be nice to make into a dip as well. Texture is similar to tuna.

This product features wild-caught Alaskan pink salmon, presented in skinless, boneless chunks preserved in springwater with a touch of salt and natural paprika colouring. Proudly carrying an MSC sustainability certification, it’s marketed as a clean, high-protein, Omega‑3–rich pantry staple. This product is ideal if you want a clean, portable source of lean salmon—high in protein and Omega‑3 with minimal fuss. It works brilliantly in healthy meals, snacks, or diet-conscious eating plans. However, caution is advised when choosing larger cans—some users report insufficient fish volume and a drier texture. Smaller tins (e.g., 95 g) seem to fare better in satisfaction. If you prefer richer flavour and moisture, the olive‑oil version of canned salmon may be more appealing.
