Photo Review of John West Salmon Tempters Spring Water 95g

This little can of salmon had surprising good flavour, texture and colour. It felt like a lean, high protein, way to increase my omega 3 intake. I like that the can was small and therefore portioned out in a single serving, it was transportable and versatile - you can add and mix these into almost any meal. The price was reasonable too, and the brand (John West) is high quality and trusted. 5 stars.
