To be honest I don’t consume this personally but I actually instead add this to my dogs meal that she has for dinner. Along with the added spring water she just absolutely enjoys her meal times so much more when she had sardines added to her meals. Aside from that this is a healthy snack for anyone and it doesn’t hurt the wallet
