I love that this has a little flavour kick of chilli, also that it is an excellent source of lean protein and omega 3s. I also love that it comes in a perfectly portioned little tin, meaning it is easy to eat on the go if needed. The packaging of this product, in black and gold, is sleek and attractive. nice big pieces of tuna, not little cat food flakes. the chilli hit isn't very strong but adds a good extra flavour when eating on the go. I love mixing it with a small tin of kidney beans. the oil and chili act as the dressing and then you can add some bread for dipping.
