Review of Bibigo Mandu Prawn & Chives Dumplings

I really enjoyed these prawn and chive dumplings. The prawn flavour is noticeable and the chives give a fresh taste that isn’t too overpowering. The dumpling skin cooks well and stays soft when steamed but also turns crispy when pan-fried.
