these brocoli is very fresh. all the flowers are green and small.it dont have any worms and insects.I fried these brocoli with garic for dinner. It is very delicious.

This broccoli was very fresh when I purchased it, I used it within two days and it still tasted very fresh. Its a very versatile vegetable that can be used raw or cooked . My favourite way is to cut into small pieces including the stalks and stirfry in olive oil with some chopped garlic.
