Every now and then, though, the heads on display look a bit limp or have those annoying yellowing spots, so you definitely have to pick through them carefully. When it's fresh, it's excellent value, but the quality consistency could use a tiny bit of work.

Fresh broccoli is crisp, vibrant, and mildly earthy, making it a versatile vegetable that works well steamed, roasted, or added to stir-fries. When cooked properly it retains a pleasant bite and nutritional value, but it can become soft and slightly bitter if overcooked.

Frozen broccoli is convenient, easy to cook, and great to keep on hand for quick meals. It keeps well in the freezer and works well in stir-fries, pasta, or as a simple side, though it can be softer than fresh broccoli once cooked. 🥦

We love eating and enjoying fresh broccoli. its such a versatile vegetable that can be cooked and enjoyed in so many different ways. just steam add to stir-fry, have as a side veggie a family favourite that doesn't disappoint.

I like Broccoli for its sweet and tender flavour. This Broccoli is more tender than Broccolini and has a milder flavour. I love the mix of textures; the crunchy stems and the softer florets that soak up sauce are a great combination. It is also easy to cook with no waste.
