These are very hot chillies. They are very fresh and keeps a long time in the freezer. Very easy to use as I only need to bring out the number of chillies that I need to the meal. Don't need time to defrost as it defrosts almost immediately. The taste is as good as fresh chillies. It adds a special nice aroma of Chilli to season food on top of providing a spicy taste.
