This Chinese sausages are called laap cheong which are the authentic Cantonese food. I particularly like to steam them with some fresh mushrooms when cooking rice. then, put a little bit of ABC soy sauce in the rice the stir it with the sausages and mushrooms.

not my personal favourite flavour as I found it a little too sweet! it does come in little packets. it does have a light xo flavour but have tried other Chinese sausages I like more

amazing taste on these Chinese sausages. perfect with an rice cooker rice or a fried rice!
