Versatile and great value crushed dried chilli flakes. I use when I want a bit of a kick in dishes, and easy to adjust heat leaves depending on how much you use. Stays aromatic for a while and level of heat is just right. Be sure to store in an air tight container. Great on meats and stews -delicious.
