not as tangy as your normal mayonnaise, slightly sweet. great to use with sushi, in sandwiches, with chicken karage and anything savoury. I also mix this with chilli sauce to create a chilli mayo for fries, wedges, ruffle chips

very tasty, best for fried food like tender chicken KFC, fish and chips...with a bit sesame oil, soy sauce mix together so.good for salad dressing.
