I love Kewpie mayo. it is so creamy and tasty that I have stopped buying other mayonnaises as Kewpie serves all my needs. I use Kewpie in Asian dishes, but also as salad dressing and rolls/sandwiches. it pairs particularly well prawns, like in the prawn roll pictures. i also like that the bottle comes with a star shaped bottle neck to make interesting patterns. There is one problem with this product - the bottle and wrapping are single-use plastic, not recyclable.
