Really impressed with this reduced-fat version of Kewpie mayo! It still has that signature creamy texture and slightly tangy, umami flavour that makes Kewpie so popular, but with less guilt. I’ve used it in sandwiches, salads, and even as a drizzle over rice bowls, and it blends really well without tasting watery or bland like some light mayos do.
